TEK Systems Interview Experience
This was a pool recruitment for approximately 9-10 colleges. First Round was conducted in CVR College. First Round has Aptitude, English, Data Interpretation and Technical sections. Apart from all these there is one more section which contains questions about the company to test how much we know about the company. It is always good to have decent knowledge about the company and what they do before attending any placement.There was sectional time and cutoff. The results were announced in the evening and 14 members got selected from our college and we were asked to attend the interview process the next day at GITAM,Hyderabad.

They selected nearly 120 students from all the colleges. The Interview process contained 4 Rounds. First Round is Group Discussion, we were divided into 10 teams of 12 members. Our team was given the topic GST-Boon or Ban .I made my points and spoke 3 times in the overall discussion. I was not completely satisfied with my performance and thought i was gone, but luck favoured me, I got selected. One thing i want to say about GD is try to make unique and good points, Don’t be under the impression that who speak more will gets selected, give others their chance. They selected 31 members out of 120 in GD. Next is Technical Round-1, before starting that round all the selected students were given a program, mostly games and were asked to write the complete code.I was given Snakes & Ladders and  asked to design the game so that any number of players can play and the board can be of any size.

Technical Round-1

I was the last person to be interviewed for the Round-1. I was asked to explain him the entire code I wrote . I didn’t handle a case (A player should be able to roll dice two times if he takes a ladder). I told him how we can handle that and he was satisfied with the answer. Whenever you write any code make sure that you handle all the test cases. Then he asked me to explain my projects and how I implemented them in detail. I was confident with my performance in this round and thought I will clear it.
After Round-1 Out of 31 people they selected 15 people.

Technical Round -2
In this round I was asked about the recent trends in the technology and asked to tell about  some interesting technologies that I know. I was also asked about my projects code and the softwares used and about my Internship projects.

HR-Round:
In HR Round I was asked, what I know about the company apart from the presentation they generally give before the recruitment process.

After wait of 1 hour, results were announced. They selected 7 people out of 15.
