Mega Star Chiranjeevi, the uncrowned king of Telugu movies, is now making a grand re-entry as "Khaidi No.150" after a political break. This movie has gained huge hype not only because of his re-entry but also because it will be is 150th film.
This film is coming as a remake of Tamil movie "Kaththi" which was a huge blockbuster in whole south India. The first look of Chiranjeevi was launched long back and Chiranjeevi seems to be mesmerizing in the look. Recently i.e., 8th of December a teaser was launched and the teaser has gone viral in the social media and you tube. Fans are very much satisfied with the teaser and also the critics who believed that the movie won't work well also started to give a positive response after the teaser release.
Though Mega Star has taken a long break from movies (he played special cameo in two movies of Ram Charan magadheera, bruce lee) it looks like Chiranjeevi has never lost his ease of acting. The teaser seems to be perfectly packed with Chiranjeevi's looks, dance, fights and especially his dialog delivery and mannerisms. In one word the teaser is "Arachakam". This will be like a full meal to all the Mega Fans. Devi Sri Prasad who is the music director for the movie has given a very good background score too.
There is a major fight scene in Kaththi movie in which heroism is elevated to peaks and the BGM kills it. Now everyone is eagerly waiting for the same fight scene in Telugu version and how Chiranjeevi would perform in that scene. Looks like the teaser has few glimpses of that scene too. Chiranjeevi looks young and also very great in the movie.
Previously V.V.Vinayak and Chiranjeevi worked together for "Tagore" movie which was a blockbuster.It might be co-incidence that both the Tamil versions of "Tagore" and "Khaidhi No.150" are written and directed by A.R.Muragadas and Tagore turned out to be a huge hit..The movie is being produced by Actor Ram Charan who is the son of Chiranjeevi. A source has given a hint that Ram Charan will make cameo in a song in the movie.
Rathnavelu is working as the DOP for the movie. He is well known for his work in the movies Robo (Enthiran), One Nennokadine, Linga, Brahmotsavam.
Kajal Agarwal is playing the female lead role in the movie and also a poster of both Chiranjeevi and Kajal Agarwal together was released. They both look amazing in the poster.
The audio launch of the movie will be on 25thDecemberr and the movie will be released world wide on 13th January most probably.
The movie is gonna face a tough fight from Bala Krishna's 100th movie "Gautamiputra Satakarni" which will also be releasing on the same day or a day later. Also Venkatesh is planning to release his latest movie "Guru" which is a remake of tamil movie "Irudhi Suttru" in the same time.
This will be an epic clash between the three heros and that to after a very long time. Lets wait and see who wins the race. Wish that Khadhi No.150 will be huge success and will be a game changer in telugu movies.
